OUR PHILOSOPHY
Oak Creek Academy was built on the belief that a child’s differences should never determine whether they belong in a classroom. We believe students learn best when they are known as individuals, challenged appropriately, supported when they need it, and given the freedom to grow in ways that may not look exactly like everyone else’s.
Our goal is not to make every student fit the same model of education. It is to create an educational environment flexible enough to recognize their strengths, respond to their needs, and help them discover what they are capable of.

Classrooms are limited to 14 students so teachers can genuinely know the children they teach.

Families, educators and therapy partners communicate and work together to support the whole student.

Oak Creek is a community of students who bring different abilities, personalities, strengths, challenges, interests, communication styles, and ways of learning into the same school. Some students need significant support. Others need very little. Some arrive after struggling in traditional classrooms, while others simply thrive in a smaller, more flexible environment.
